Purchasing Process

We recognize that all clients face different circumstances so each client is owed a strategic plan to meet their specific needs. Therefore, the purchasing process can be much different from client to client. In general, we adhere to the following steps:

  • Determining the overall objectives of our clients
  • Developing a strategic plan to meet those objectives and making adjustments when necessary
  • Identifying properties that conform to the plan, including previewing properties when necessary
  • Showing the suitable homes to buyers and discussing the merits of each home against the objectives
  • Preparing appropriate offers and negotiating effectively
  • Explaining all documents, including but not limited to disclosures and loan documents
  • Attending all inspections and document signings when necessary
