Mission Statement
Brightpoint Realty Group strives to provide the highest levels of service to all of our clients. We use a combination of intelligence, experience, ethics, integrity and creativity to develop strategic plans to meet our clients’ objectives and to execute those plans with the highest degree of professionalism.
Philosophy
All homes are different. Likewise, all buyers and sellers are different. Each have a unique set of objectives and circumstances so what may work for one person may very well not work for another. Therefore, Brightpoint Realty Group believes every client deserves a customized plan to meet his/her specific objectives. In order to develop that plan, our agents approach each client with a business consulting mentality. We first take the time to learn, and sometimes help discover, what the client’s objectives are. It is only then when our agents can develop a sound strategic plan to meet those objectives. After our clients agree upon that plan, we execute and track progress against it, making rational adjustments along the way when necessary. We believe this is the right way to do business.
In order to successfully practice this philosophy, Brightpoint Realty Group only works with high caliber agents and ancillary service vendors who not only share in that philosophy, but also who are able to deliver on that philosophy. For most people, real estate transactions are without a doubt the largest transactions in their lives. Therefore, selecting the right agent is critical to the process. Foundation
Brightpoint Realty Group was founded by Albert Lee in January 2015 to bring this philosophy to a broader market and to deliver a level of service that all clients deserve. Albert has been a broker since 2008 and has sold homes all over Southern California representing buyers and sellers alike.
With years of mortgage industry experience and after hearing stories of disappointment in real estate agents, Albert entered the residential real estate industry to deliver the unparalleled levels of service that some of his friends and family were looking for. In general, his friends felt that their interests needed to be better represented; and they wanted an agent that can guide and educate them throughout their transactions, enabling them to make informed decisions. Recognizing that collective need from his family and friends to have complete trust in their agents, Albert obtained his broker license and put it to use.
While gaining experience with a national real estate firm, Albert noticed a disconnect between his philosophies and the philosophies of other agents and firms. He then decided to become an independent broker and create a practice where intelligence, experience, ethics, integrity and creativity would flourish for the benefit of his clients. With years of success as an independent broker, Albert decided to grow his practice and create a brand supported by other like-minded associates.
